I was at Hotel Santee SC Lake Marion November 6 and was charged a 50$ pet fee but had no pet with me. The lady at the hotel told me she was not able to take it out of OYO’s system so I had to pay it and call OYO for a refund. I did call 7 or 8 times and even got e-mails from their guest experience team but never got either money or an answer back from them!!!
Have I been scamed??
