I never stayed at the hotel, when I booked the reservation I wasn't looking at the cities correctly & immediately realized after the booking that it was almost 3 hours from my home. I called immefiately booking.com and OYO hotel to tell the the circumstances and they said a refund was given, I was given a 1.00 refund, and after going back and forth for 5 days and over 2 dozen calls they tell me they won't refund my money. They are a scam, OYO is from another country & you won't get anyone you can understand, they won't let you speak without constant interuption, they leave you on hold 30-40 minutes to later hang up & then you have to call back & ve put on hold again....beware if these sites & hotels, they are nothing but a huge scam! It's not right!
