I had a great experience staying at Oyo Hotel on JM road in Pune. Hands down the best value for money and such an easy booking experience. I wonder why I keep seeing so many articles that say other guests and even hotel owners are not happy. The company would not be valued at $10 billion if they were not good at what they do.

I made reservations online and when I arrived and checked the room I immediately went to the office and asked to cancel because it smelled and looked dirty. I was told to call OYO to cancel which I did and was told I would get a refund. That was 28 days ago.
